Business Broker OPS™ gives you the systems the big shops keep to themselves: a launched site and funnel, analytics that tell you what's working, and OUTRIGGER OPS™, our AI agents that prospect, enrich, and follow up while you close.
Accelerator classes are small, limited to 12 people, and start by invitation. Amber is speaking at eXp CommCon, Salt Lake City, October 7.
Pick the closest fit and we'll point you at the right starting line.
You can learn recasting, multiples, and LOIs from a dozen courses. What those courses skip is the part that actually decides whether you make it: where the next seller conversation comes from, every single week.
Everything in Business Broker OPS™ is built around a single job: put a steady stream of qualified owner conversations on your calendar without you having to manufacture each one by hand.
A brokerage site and listing funnel that's live in days, not months. Analytics wired in so every inquiry has a source and every page has a job.
Owner lists built from your target industries and geography, enriched with contact data and signals like tenure, age, and growth, then worked by agents that write and send the first touch.
Agents that nurture every open conversation, flag the ones warming up, and keep your CRM honest, so the seller who wasn't ready in March calls you in November.
Networking, referrals, a spreadsheet, and a lot of follow-up you mean to do. Most brokers built a business that way, and many still do. Here's what it adds up to when you put a number on the pieces you'd buy to do it well.
| Broker CRM, mid-tier | $300–500/mo |
| Website, hosting, and someone to keep it current | $150–300/mo |
| Owner lists from a data vendor | $300–600/mo |
| Part-time assistant for follow-up and CRM hygiene | $800–1,500/mo |
| CIM writer or designer, per listing | $1,000–1,500 |
| A course or coaching program | $2,000–5,000 |
| Your time wiring the pieces together | 10+ hrs/mo |
| Roughly, per year | $25,000–40,000 |
And none of it talks to each other, so the November seller from the March conversation still slips.
| Site, CRM, dashboard, matching, listing workbench, partner portal, bio page, content library | included |
| Course, AI coach, monthly office hour | included |
| Built for your niche before your setup call | deposit |
| Hosting, updates, support | $497/mo |
| Your time wiring pieces together | 0 hrs |
| Roughly, per year | $9,461 |
One system, one login, one bill, and the follow-up runs whether you remembered or not. Keep the networking; it works better when the system catches what it produces.
Third-party costs are typical market ranges for comparable tools and services, not quotes. Your fee on any deal is set by your own agreements and is not part of this comparison.
Both come with your platform built before the setup call: your domain, your logo, your niche, your territory. You never touch the tooling. Deposit covers the build; monthly covers hosting, the console, and support.
The platform, customized and hosted for you. You bring your own lead lists; the console matches them.
Monthly starts month two. 6-month minimum, then renews monthly.
Everything in Launch, plus an 8-week class of no more than 12 brokers, a 60-minute check-in with Amber every week, and your first lead list found and installed for you.
Monthly starts month two. 6-month minimum, then renews monthly. Class start dates are set with you at enrollment.
Licensed brokers publish immediately. Not licensed yet? Everything gets built now; the site goes live the day your license and brokerage affiliation are verified.
Seven AI systems configured to your brokerage, running your marketing, follow-up, pipeline, reporting, and cash flow. The team you'd need, without hiring it.
Plus $4,997 one-time setup. Offered at week 6 of the Accelerator or any time after your platform is live.
Salary ranges are illustrative market context, not a guarantee of savings. OUTRIGGER OPS™ automates processes; it does not replace licensed professional services.
Tell us the industry and the territory. We pull every matching business from public records, score how likely each owner is to sell, find and verify the owner on the ones worth calling, remove anyone already in your contacts, and install it in your console. Then we refresh and rescore it for six months.
One-time per list, six months of refresh included, then $97 a year to keep it live. Accelerator includes one build up to 1,500 records.
Order a list buildBusiness brokers can also connect OUTRIGGER BALANCE™ to request owner financials and OUTRIGGER HORIZON™ to run recasts, add-backs, and valuation ranges. Purchased separately; your dashboard shows a Connect button.
Business brokerage has an unusual property: one closed deal is usually worth more than a year of the system that produced it. Your fee is set by your engagement agreement with each seller, so the platform never assumes one. Enter yours, and the dashboard shows what one added closing means against what you pay.
| Your fee on one added deal | you enter |
| Broker Launch, 12 months | $5,964 |
| Broker Accelerator, 12 months | $8,364 |
| OUTRIGGER OPS™, 12 months (if added) | $23,964 |
Deposits are separate. The platform does not set, suggest, or share fee information. Results depend on your list, your market, and your closing.
I came to business brokerage from twenty-five years in real estate and marketing technology, and I learned the hard part fast: closing a deal is a skill, but finding the next seller every week is a system. Nobody hands you the system.
So I built mine. A site owners actually use, an assessment that tells me who is ready, lists pulled from public records and scored for who is likely to sell, a dashboard I open every morning, and agents that keep every conversation warm until the owner calls back in November. It runs E² Exits™, my brokerage with eXp Commercial, today.
OUTRIGGER ADVISORY GROUP™ started on the water. A sailboat does not win because it is fastest; it wins because the hull, the stabilizer, the sail, and the crew each do their job at the right moment, with a navigator reading the water ahead. That is how the course and the platform are laid out: legs of a race, each with a mark to round, and a system that tells you where you are.
Business Broker OPS™ is that system, built for you before your first setup call, with me on the check-ins for the parts I wish someone had shown me. If you would rather partner than build, my door is open either way.
Yes. Your site, dashboard, and console get built now and your list gets loaded. The public site publishes only when your license and brokerage affiliation are verified, and you'll go through representation agreements and disclosures with your managing broker before your first owner conversation. The Accelerator's first legs are about setup, niche, and prospecting systems, so you arrive at your license with a business already built.
On Launch, you upload your own contacts and lists and the console scores and matches them. On Accelerator, we research your niche and territory, build the owner and buyer lists, and install them in your console before week one. Either way the matching runs the same: when a buyer's criteria fit a seller, your dashboard tells you.
Yes, and no. A full CRM is built into your platform: contacts, pipeline, tasks, calendar, email and texting, automations, and lead scoring, hosted and managed for you. You never choose one, migrate one, or pay for one separately. You work in your dashboard; we handle the tooling, updates, domain, email deliverability, and integrations. Nothing in the course teaches marketing technology, only how to run a brokerage with it.
Launch is the platform: site, dashboard, console, playbooks, and you bring your own lists. Accelerator is the platform plus the class: a weekly check-in with Amber, one lesson a week, and your first lead list found and installed for you. OUTRIGGER OPS™ is the upsell: seven AI systems that run your marketing, follow-up, pipeline, and reporting inside the platform, once you've got a list worth working.
Because a brokerage doesn't produce in 30 days. Your first listing typically comes in months three to five and the first closing after that. Six months is the shortest window in which the platform can show you what it does, and it keeps us building for brokers who are staying, not churning.
Yes. Business brokerage is a natural add for agents who already know owners and buildings. The course starts with licensing and setup by state, so you can build your site, console, and list now and begin business sales the day your state clears you. If you want to do it under eXp Commercial, Amber can sponsor you.
After the 6-month minimum, cancel any time. You get a 30-day window to export your contacts and content; the site and workflows stay with the platform. The deposit is non-refundable once your build begins.
